Step 1
First, you need to buy a private key, as well as a certificate for the right to send forms via the Internet. Moreover, only you should know the private key.
Step 2
Conclude an agreement on the recognition of electronic documents with the tax office at the place of registration of your company or place of residence, if you are an individual entrepreneur. After the conclusion of the contract, submit the public key to the tax office. You and your key will be registered by the tax office within a month.
Step 3
Create a new mailbox in your name, which will only be used for sending tax reports.
Step 4
Install the software on your personal computer. In the program, specify your private and public keys, which will serve as access.
Step 5
From the list, select the number and name of the tax office at the location of your organization or your place of residence, if you are an individual entrepreneur or other natural person. Select the options for accessing your mailbox.
Step 6
Fill out your tax return electronically. Enter the required parameters in the program installed on your computer. Provide your company's accounting data. Save the report and send it to the tax authority. This can be done around the clock, but it must be borne in mind that tax inspection employees can check the report, declaration only during working hours, namely from 9.00 to 18.00 on weekdays, except holidays and weekends.
Step 7
If the tax office accepts your declaration, the employee sends you a receipt for the transfer of the necessary documents. Then a second receipt should come, which indicates the registration number of the document, the date of acceptance, your data according to the documentation, etc. If neither one nor the other has come to your mailbox, then the report needs to be sent again. If the tax office rejects your report, then a notice of rejection should be sent to the mailbox within five working days. Refusal may be due to incorrectly specified data, lack of necessary details, etc.
