Collect all certificates and photocopies of documents. Write an application for a housing subsidy to the department of social protection of the population.

To calculate the amount of the subsidy payment, it is necessary to subtract the maximum payment for housing allowed by the regional budget from the payment for utilities and rent. The total amount is the amount of the subsidy.
