To do this, the account balance must be at least the transfer amount and the bank's commission, if any.

Step 1
If you have your account with a balance sufficient for the transfer and the bank's commission, contact the credit institution where it is opened. Depending on the bank - to the same branch where your account is registered, or any nearest one. Tell the teller if you want to make a bank transfer. To fulfill your request, the bank teller will need the account number and bank details of the payee. If you are the recipient, you yourself must know the account number. If another person, he needs to pass this information to you. The operator will also want to see your passport. And if you make a transfer from your account, to which your plastic card is linked, then, most likely, hers too.
Step 2
You may be asked to fill out the necessary documents yourself. Although in most cases it is enough just to voice the name or name of the recipient of the payment, his account number and bank details (often the minimum set: the name of the bank and BIC, but it is better to have full details) and the transfer amount. Everything else is done by the clerk himself. If the bank charges a commission for this service, the clerk must warn you about this and announce its size. Step 3
As soon as it is ready, the operator will offer you a generated document for signing, on the basis of which the money will be debited. Read it carefully, compare with the printout of details. If you did not find any errors, sign the proposed document and give it to the clerk. Receive a document confirming the payment with the bank's mark. You are obliged to give it to you.
