Anyone in Russia and a number of other countries can get a wallet in the WebMoney system. To do this, you need to go through a simple registration procedure in the system, enter your personal data and go through the verification of the e-mail address you entered and, if desired, a mobile phone number.

Step 1
On the main page of the Webmoney payment system, click on the "Registration" link.
On the page that opens, the system will offer you to check your mobile phone. Step 2
On the next page, the system will ask you to enter your last name, first name and patronymic, address of actual residence, passport data (number and series in one line without spaces, in which locality, when and by whom it was issued), primary and alternative e-mail addresses, if available. site.
After filling in all the required fields and proceeding to the next step, an email with a confirmation code will be sent to your email address specified as the main one.
Step 3
Check your mail. Open the letter from the Webmoney system, copy the confirmation code and paste it into a special field in the registration form on the system's website.
Step 4
Then, if you provided your mobile phone number, the system will check it as well. You should receive an SMS with a confirmation code, which is also entered into the form intended for it.
Step 5
After successful verification of your email address and phone number, the system will prompt you to come up with a password and confirm it in a special field.
Upon successful completion of this operation, you will be able to access a page where you can create wallets (in June 2011 they were available in Russian and Belarusian rubles, dollars, euros, Ukrainian hryvnia and gold) and place orders for the issue of cards linked to the account.
The default login to log into your account is your email address, but you came up with the password yourself during registration.
