If the company receives an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for itself and is ready to wait a little, it should not pay anything. In all other cases, you will have to fork out for the state fee. And if an enterprise needs an extract, payment must be made from its current account.
It is necessary
- - a computer;
- - access to the Internet;
- - details of the tax inspection;
- - sufficient balance on the current account.
Instructions
Step 1
An extract for a particular legal entity may be needed, for example, to check a counterparty or go to court. Urgent statements for oneself or another legal entity are also paid. The state duty for an ordinary extract as of 2011 is 200 rubles, urgent - 400 rubles. You can get an extract at any territorial tax office, but the payment documents must indicate exactly the one you are applying to, and the payment must be made strictly according to its details. Therefore, you need to start by choosing the tax office you plan to contact. You can find out the number and address of the nearest one using the search service of the IFTS on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Step 2
The website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia will also help with the details and the formation of a payment document. To do this, you need to enter the number of the selected inspection in the form proposed for filling, indicate your legal address or registration at the place of residence, if you are an individual, and enter other necessary data.
Step 3
If you contact an inspection that does not serve your address, the system will warn you about this, but there is nothing to worry about. So feel free to make a choice in favor of the specified inspection. Select the purpose of payment from the drop-down list provided (it will take a long time to search, but it contains all taxes and state duties).
Step 4
If you are making a request on behalf of a legal entity, the state fee must be paid from its checking account. Otherwise, the documents may not be accepted. Therefore, choose the option of payment through the bank. For individuals, cash payment through Sberbank is provided, and when this option is selected, the system will generate a receipt. Save the finished payment or receipt to your computer.
Step 5
Now it remains to pay for it, for which it is necessary to print and take it to the bank (by certifying the payment with a signature and seal) or, in the case of a payment order, upload it to the client bank and send it for execution, securing it with an electronic digital signature, and then visit the bank with a paper version of the document to get a note about the payment.
