Russian businessmen have the opportunity not only to develop business in their own country, but also to open new firms and branches abroad. This is easiest to do in countries that welcome foreign capital inflows, such as the Czech Republic.
It is necessary
- - constituent documents of the future organization;
- - passport;
- - money for the authorized capital.
Instructions
Step 1
Get at your disposal the money you need for the authorized capital. According to Czech law, for a foreign company it is at least two hundred thousand Czech crowns, or approximately seven and a half thousand euros.
Step 2
Decide what kind of business you want to start. Journalists report that such areas as the hotel and restaurant business are the most popular among Russian entrepreneurs. This can be explained by the fact that the orientation of the business towards the numerous tourists in the Czech Republic is quite profitable. Please note that some activities are subject to licensing. These include, for example, trade.
Step 3
Collect the required documents. In Russia, you will need to obtain a police clearance certificate. This can be done at the GUVD of your city. Also prepare incorporation documents such as articles of association and registration application. Lawyers can help you with this. You can draft these documents in Russia and then translate them into Czech, or directly in the Czech Republic with the help of local lawyers, which can be considered more preferable.
Step 4
Open a bank account with a Czech bank. On it, you must put an amount equal to the authorized capital of the company.
Step 5
Register your company. You can do this in person by arriving in the country on a tourist or business visa. The prepared package of documents, certified by a notary, should be submitted to the Regional Commercial Court at the place of registration of the organization. Your organization must be entered in the commercial register, and you must be given a statement about it. Then register the organization with your local tax office.
Step 6
If you only have a temporary visa, go in for a residence permit based on your business.
