Step 1
To get started, get a police clearance certificate from the Czech Republic and from the country in which you are a citizen.
Step 2
Find an office space or arrange for a legal address. After that, you will receive a contract from the owner of the property, extracts from the Commercial Register and the Real Estate Cadastre. The registration address may coincide with the legal address, but during checks you will need to show a workplace that confirms the use of a part of the apartment as a working office.
Step 3
Next, contact a notary and get a notarial record where you sign the Articles of Association of the limited liability company. Also, you will be provided with an extract indicating the share of each of the owners, if there are several founders in your company. At this stage, you should already decide who will become the director of the company.
Step 4
Go with the received notarial record to the bank, where you will need to put the authorized capital of the company into a special account.
Step 5
Submit your application to the Commercial Register along with all the documents you received from a notary and from the bank.
Step 6
The decision to open a company is made within two weeks. It remains only to wait for the result, which will be delivered to you in writing at the address that you indicated as a legal one.
Step 7
After obtaining permission to conduct business, register the company with the tax office.
