Step 2
Calculate total income
The calculation includes all the income of residents, as well as benefits for housing and communal services. The total income of tenants is calculated for six months. The total income is N rubles, the benefit for housing and communal services is M rubles. N + M = Z You get total income - Z rubles.
Step 3
Determine the actual costs of housing and communal services. Take this information in the receipt for payment of utility bills (electricity, sewage, gas, water, heating). The average cost for six months is T rubles.
Step 4
Calculate the percentage of payments for housing and communal services from the joint income. Multiply the total income by the standard maximum allowable share of personal expenses of citizens for paying for apartments and utilities in the total family income: Zх K% = C rubles, K is the maximum allowable share of personal expenses of citizens for paying for an apartment and utilities in the total family income. The maximum allowable share of personal expenses for utility bills is C rubles.

Calculate the amount of the subsidy.
