Currently, the state provides social assistance to low-income families in the form of subsidies for housing and communal services. For its registration, you must provide a package of documents. Moreover, the amount to pay for housing and communal services should not be less than 22% of the total family income, and debt for services is also not allowed.
It is necessary
- - documents of all family members;
- - certificate of family composition;
- - receipts for payment of utility services for the last 6 months;
- - certificates of income of all family members;
- - social contract hiring, certificate of ownership.
Instructions
Step 1
To register a subsidy for housing and communal services, you should submit to the social protection authorities an agreement on the ownership of housing, an agreement on its social rent, an act on its privatization. Depending on whether you are the owner or the tenant of a dwelling, you need to request a duly certified copy of such a document from your city council if you do not have one available.
Step 2
Submit birth certificates of children, passports, military cards, driver's licenses of each member of your family, that is, their identity documents. Copies will be made of them in social authorities, and the originals will be returned.
Step 3
Ask for a certificate of family composition from the housing department of the city or town where you currently live. It must prove that each member of your household belongs to you (if you are an applicant).
Step 4
Collect the receipts you have, other payment documents confirming the fact of payment for housing and communal services for the previous six months. Documents for water (cold, hot), heating, gas, electricity should be submitted. If you are a tenant of a dwelling, then you must submit receipts for social rent. It must be borne in mind that there should be no debts, otherwise you will not receive a subsidy.
Step 5
Ask for certificates of wages from places of work of your family members for the last six months. If retirees live with you, provide certificates of the amount of pension received, if students - about the scholarship.
Step 6
If you apply to the social protection authorities of the population to receive a subsidy before the 15th day, then you will be provided with it from the 1st day of the current month, if after the 16th day - from the 1st day of the next month.
Step 7
The amount of the subsidy provided depends on the area of the dwelling, the total family income and the share of utilities in the income. If you have not paid for housing and communal services within 2 months, then the allocation of subsidies is suspended, if you have not paid off the debt after the expiration of a month, then they will stop providing you with it. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly pay for utilities in order not to lose the subsidy.
