Sometimes in accounting it becomes necessary to make some changes to the printed form in 1C. This is not difficult to do, but with a change in the built-in printable, the configuration is removed from support, which, in turn, disables automatic updates. In order to avoid these problems, it is recommended to connect an external printing plate to 1C.

Instructions

Step 1

Start the 1C: Enterprise program in the configurator mode. Create an external treatment with an appropriate name. Add the "Object Link" attribute to it, set the value type that will correspond to the purpose of the external printable. In order to make it more convenient to work with the 1C code, start the screen form and bind the "Input field" control with the requisite data. Copy the layout of the printable in processing from the original document or create your own one that meets the requirements of the accounting department.

Step 2

Add the Print () function to the processing object module and mark it for Export. Copy the generation function for the spreadsheet document from the source file to the processing module. Edit the source code of the function according to your requirements. Add to the Print () function a call to the function of generating a spreadsheet document and the ability to return the generated spreadsheet document.

Step 3

Debug the external printing form through the main processing form with the "Input field" element. Messages about critical errors in the external printing form will be displayed in the standard message box. Go to the "File - Open" menu, select the printable for the document you are using and check its work. Launch 1C: Enterprise in the configurator mode and perform step-by-step debugging, if necessary.

Step 4

Connect an external plate. Go to the "Service" menu and select the "Additional reports and processing" section. Some launch points may be different in different software configurations, but the general idea remains the same. Select in the drop-down window "Open the list of external printable forms". Specify, if necessary, the type of document and the type of the substituted printing form.

Step 5

Fill in the "Selection" and "Parameters" sections in the tabular part of the window, which will help to add additional functionality to the printed form. Check the operability of the plug-in printable through the document "Invoice for payment to the buyer", open the "Print" menu and select your form. Click the "Default" button. The selected form will be fixed as the main one.
