Transferring money abroad, including Germany, is now not particularly difficult. A quick and convenient way to complete this operation without leaving your computer is to make a bank transfer from your account using an Internet client. To do this, you will need the account itself, sufficient funds on it and the presence of an Internet client.
It is necessary
- - bank account in euros;
- - the balance on it, exceeding the transfer amount and the bank's commission;
- - a computer;
- - access to the Internet;
- - beneficiary's account number;
- - details of the recipient's bank for international transfers.
Instructions
Step 1
For a successful bank transfer, your accounts and the recipient's accounts in Germany must be in the same currency. In Germany, the euro is in circulation, and an account in this monetary unit of the united Europe can be opened in almost every Russian bank. Of course, the balance on it must be at least the amount of the transfer and the commission of your bank for its implementation. You can find out the commission on the bank's website in the section on tariffs, by phone in its call center or by visiting the nearest branch. If there is not enough money, add the missing amount: by bank transfer (most often it is possible to convert funds between accounts in different currencies), ATM with the function of accepting cash or bank cashier.
Step 2
Log into the Internet client and select the option "Transfers abroad" (or another name similar in meaning). Fill in all the required fields. The recipient's bank details for transfers from abroad should be on his website, it is better to copy them directly from there. Ask the addressee for the account number. Enter personal data, yours and the recipient, only in Latin letters. The field about the purpose of payment must also be filled in German or English. The second is preferable: bank employees of the relevant departments both in our country and abroad must know it.
Step 3
For the purpose of money transfers abroad, there are a number of restrictions stipulated by the laws of the Russian Federation, and in some cases - by the policy of a particular bank. Therefore, the system interface may require you to confirm that the purpose of the payment is not related, for example, with the purchase of foreign real estate, replenishment of your account in a foreign bank (this is possible only if you notified the tax office about it in due time), playing online - casinos, commercial activities when making a payment from an individual's account, etc. Check the necessary options, usually by ticking the appropriate boxes. Take into account these restrictions also when filling out the field on the purpose of the payment.
Step 4
When prompted by the system, enter the required identifiers: a password, a variable code from a scratch card, or another, depending on a specific bank.
Step 5
If necessary, visit the bank's office and receive a confirmation of the fact of payment with a corresponding mark.
This document may be needed for a set of documents for a visa if the transferred money is intended to pay for a booked hotel, study or treatment in Germany, the services of a German tour operator, etc.
