To register a company, you will also need a CEO. It can be a person who has the right to work in Germany.

Registration of a company and obtaining all necessary licenses in Germany should be obtained by professionals. It can cost 3000-5000 euros, but it will save you from having to delve into all the processes personally, especially if you do not know German very well.

If you do not want to start a business from scratch, then you can buy a ready-made German business. This is done through intermediary companies selling businesses, or directly. Whichever path you choose, hire lawyers to conduct due diligence on the business you are acquiring to avoid the hassle of buying a pig in a poke. Buying a business will allow you to avoid money and time spent on finding premises, equipment, personnel, advertising.

Business in Germany will provide you with a business multivisa. And if you can invest 250,000 euros or more in the German economy, you will have every chance of obtaining a residence permit.
