Step 1
Buy or rent a space where you can set up your own office. Then equip it with the necessary furniture, electronic equipment and office equipment.
Step 2
Write a business plan for your future company. Analyze in it what the target indicators may be, reflecting the income of the company, what risks may appear in the course of your business and how these risks can be eliminated.
Step 3
Purchase several trucks that will have different purposes and tonnage. If you don't have enough money to buy cars, you can find owners-drivers of such cars and conclude contracts with them.
Step 4
Remember that all expensive equipment must be registered with the tax authorities. That is, you must have all the permits for each car.
Step 5
Register your company. To do this, you need to contact the tax authorities to register an LLC or register as an individual entrepreneur.
Step 6
Write an application for a license and attach the required package of documents to it: - a copy of the certificate confirming the registration of an entrepreneur; - a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur or LLC with the tax authority; - documents that can confirm the presence of vehicles; - documents confirming the qualifications of drivers; - copies of constituent documents, as well as information on entering all the necessary information about this documentation in the unified state register. All copies of documents must be notarized.
Step 7
Pay the state fee for processing your license application. Attach a receipt for its payment to the above documents and submit the package of documents along with an application to the state authorities.
Step 8
Hire employees. You may need: lawyer, accountant, personnel manager, dispatcher, logistician, sales manager, drivers.
