- - several logistics forwarders with work experience and their own client bases;
- - an electronic resource on the Internet.

Step 1
Start with the equipment of the office, which will be the "base" for your company. Not much is required - the emphasis must be placed primarily on the creation of a high-quality communication system. It is advisable to install a multi-line telephone (or mini-ATS) in the office, as well as connect computers to a dedicated Internet line.
Step 2
Monitor the market for specialized software solutions for logistics and transportation. The most expensive software is not always the best quality and most convenient in terms of functionality, so you will need to carefully study all the available information available on this issue in order to make the right choice. It is better to entrust the installation of software to specialists in order to reduce possible interruptions in work to a minimum.
Step 3
Make sure that even before starting work, your company employees have a small base of carriers - transport companies and individual private owners of trucks. You must be able to organize all types of transport, therefore, the base must be formed in a versatile manner, including those who have transport of different categories. If you do not have any base at all, this problem can be solved by recruiting experienced people in the field of freight transportation who have developed their own bases in previous places of work.
Step 4
Choose several methods by which you are mainly going to search and attract clients for work. The emphasis can be placed on "direct sales", on promotion via the Internet or on working with those customers who are used to dealing with logisticians that you bought from other companies. It is best to "unwind" a company specializing in transportation, to combine all these three directions, trying to resort to others (for example, to provide information to newspaper ads).
