If the store sold you a low-quality sheepskin coat, you have the right to return it back to the seller. In accordance with the law on "Protection of consumer rights", any buyer can do this, even if the purchased item has no flaws.

Step 1
Be aware that if at home you find any flaw or hidden defect in the purchased sheepskin coat, then according to the law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can demand from the store that sold you the thing to return your money for a low-quality product. Remember also that even if you lost your purchase receipt, you can also ask for a refund. If you really like the sheepskin coat, you do not want to return it back to the store, your right to demand from the seller to reduce its price commensurately, or to bear the costs of eliminating the defect. When you decide to fix the flaw yourself, you can expect to be reimbursed for the associated costs.
Step 2
Write in two copies a statement addressed to the seller (store director), in which you detail your claims and requirements for a refund, etc. Ask the employee who will accept your paper to sign and date the second copy. Going to the store, be sure to take your passport, because when filling out the application, you will have to enter your data in it. The store management is obliged to consider your application within ten days. Otherwise, according to the law, you are entitled to a penalty - 1% of the cost of the sheepskin coat for each day of delay.
Step 3
If the purchased sheepskin coat simply did not fit you in size, you decided to exchange it or return it to the seller for other reasons, then you can also do this. Article 25 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" states that the buyer has the right to exchange a non-food product from the seller from whom he purchased it, even if this product is of good quality, but does not suit the buyer in terms of dimensions, size, cut, shape, color or complete set. But keep in mind: you can exchange or return a sheepskin coat only within fourteen days from the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase. Therefore, do not rush to tear off the labels, because item must be returned in perfect condition.
