If you decide to open a business, you need to register with the Federal Tax Service. You have two ways: to open as a legal entity, and as an individual entrepreneur. In the first case, the registration procedure is rather complicated and time-consuming, but in the second case, everything is simple. A private entrepreneur, among other things, is exempt from paying some types of tax, and accounting is simplified compared to the first case. How do you register yourself as an individual entrepreneur?
It is necessary
- - passport;
- - TIN certificate.
Instructions
Step 1
First, collect a package of documents for further submission to the tax office at your place of residence. Attach there copies of all sheets of the passport (preferably notarized, but this is not necessary), sew them, number and affix with your signature. Then make a copy of the TIN certificate. Also, in addition to this, you must provide the tax authorities and originals.
Step 2
Pay at any branch of the Savings Bank of Russia the state fee for registration, the details will be reported to you there. In order to fill out sheet A of the form, decide on the type of economic activity, enter this information in the form of a code (there may be several of them). Also decide on the taxation system, you can choose a general system, simplified, or use a single tax on imputed income for a certain type of economic activity.
Step 3
You must sign this application in the presence of a notary, who will subsequently certify the authenticity of your signature.
Step 4
After that, collect all the above documents together, attach a binder folder to them. Also indicate your contact details (you can fill them out on a separate sheet).
Step 5
Then submit all documents to the tax office, which is located in the area in which you are registered. The tax inspector, having accepted them, must give you a receipt for the documentation.
Step 6
Registration of an individual entrepreneur lasts five working days, after which you must come to the same tax office with a passport and a receipt, and receive a certificate of registration, a notification of registration, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
