In addition, the specified categories of applicants are obliged to attach to the application documents confirming the right to permanent, temporary stay in the country. Finally, when applying for registration of a minor citizen, a notarized consent of his parents or a marriage certificate is required. If necessary, these documents can be replaced by a decision of the guardianship body, guardianship, which contains a conclusion about the full legal capacity of such an applicant.
