Special requirements are also established when registering stateless persons and foreign citizens as individual entrepreneurs. Such persons are exempt from the need to present a copy of a civil passport, since they simply do not have the latter, but they are required to present another document proving their identity. In addition, the specified categories of applicants are obliged to attach to the application documents confirming the right to permanent, temporary stay in the country. Finally, when applying for registration of a minor citizen, a notarized consent of his parents or a marriage certificate is required. If necessary, these documents can be replaced by a decision of the guardianship body, guardianship, which contains a conclusion about the full legal capacity of such an applicant.
