The sales receipt confirms your consumer's right to exchange goods or refund the amount of money paid for it. This is a document of the established form, issued by the seller and confirms the fact of the sale itself.
Instructions
Step 1
This sales receipt is presented to the accounting department and confirms the fact of a purchase for a certain amount. You will be reimbursed for expenses incurred for your own money, but for business purposes. When filling out a sales receipt, the following information is indicated:
- Name of product;
- it's price;
- quantity;
- the amount paid;
- Date of sale;
- check number;
- the name of the seller (store);
- signature of the person who sold the product directly;
- printing.
Step 2
When filling out a sales receipt, generalizations are not used, each product must be indicated separately: “toilet soap - 1 pc. at the price of 15 rubles / piece, toilet paper - 3 pieces. at the price of 10 rubles / piece."
Step 3
In the absence of a seal, the TIN, the name of the organization and the signature of the seller are indicated on the sales receipt. Modern cash registers issue receipts with full information: date, price and product name. Even so, ask for a sales receipt or stamp on the cash document.
Step 4
When buying goods from an organization or individual entrepreneur that works without a cash register, you also have the right to receive a sales receipt. The information contained in it should be even more extensive:
- name, serial number and date of issue of the document;
- the name of the organization or the full name of the individual entrepreneur;
- taxpayer identification number;
- the name of the product or service;
- quantity;
- amount to be paid (in rubles);
- position, full name of the person who issued the document;
- the name of the store and its address;
- sometimes the OGRN and passport details of the entrepreneur are required (usually in the absence of registration).
