The procedure for registering an individual entrepreneur in Moscow is generally the same as in other constituent entities of the Federation. But we can say with confidence that you need to apply on this issue not to the tax office at the place of residence, but to the registering interdistrict inspectorate No. 46. Somewhat higher than in the regions in the capital are also notary services for certifying the signature under the application.

It is necessary

  • - a completed application for registration of an individual entrepreneur with a notary visa;
  • - receipt of payment of state duty;
  • - a simple photocopy of the passport (personal data and registration);
  • - a statement on the transition to a simplified system (optional).

Instructions

Step 1

An application for registration of an individual entrepreneur is easiest to download on the Internet. There are plenty of resources where you can find it, and the form is the same for the whole country.

Obtaining this document from the tax office in the capital is most often problematic, although it may depend on the specific IFTS (in practice, each has its own order). In the 46th, where documents are directly accepted, there is no chance for sure.

Step 2

The procedure for filling out an application is also the same for the whole of Russia. You fill out only those sections in which you are required to enter data. Do not touch those intended for filling by a notary and employees of the tax authority (each has a corresponding mark).

Also, do not write anything, for example, in the subsections about the data of a foreigner's passport, temporary residence permit or residence permit in the Russian Federation, if you are a citizen of Russia.

In the section for OKVED codes, enter data based on your plans for your business and its expected development and the content of the code directory. If it does not contain an accurate description of your activity, choose the one that is closest in meaning.

Step 3

Staple all pages of the application. On the back, at the place of bonding, stick paper and write on it "Numbered and sealed with the signature of … sheets", put the date and sign.

In extreme cases, the sticker can be obtained and filled in directly at the MINFS-46 when submitting documents.

Step 4

The completed application must be certified by a notary. To do this, you will need this document itself, your passport and money to pay for the service (in 2009, on average, 700 - 1 thousand rubles).

Step 5

Pay the state fee. You can generate a receipt using the Fill in a Payment Order service on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, and make a payment at any branch of Sberbank.

The recipient of the payment is MIFNS-46, respectively, its code is 7746. The same code must be indicated in the application for registration of an individual entrepreneur in the column for the tax authority to which it is addressed.

Step 6

Make a simple photocopy of your passport: pages with personal data and registration on one A4 sheet.

Step 7

Take all the documents to the MIFNS-46, take the electronic queue and hand over the set to the tax officer.

The application form for the transition to a simplified taxation system, which is better to submit together with the registration kit, you can take and fill out by hand directly at the inspectorate.

If the documents are in order, you will be given a receipt for their acceptance and within five working days you will receive an extract from the USRIP and a certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur.
