Instructions
Step 1
Registration in the Pension Fund will occur automatically after you receive the PSRN at the tax office. The Pension Fund will assign you a 13-digit registration number. The first three digits are the code of the subject of the Russian Federation; the next three digits are the area (city) code; the next six digits - the serial number of the record about the individual in the PFR branch.
Step 2
If you are planning to hire workers, you need to register with the Pension Fund as a policyholder no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the employment contract. Registration takes place at the territorial body of the PFR at your place of residence. Submit the entire package of documents and you will be given a "Notice of registration as an insurer making payments to individuals."
Step 3
If you want to pay insurance premiums for yourself more than established by law, you must register with the PRF separately. To do this, provide an application, passport, insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance, notification of registration as an insurer for compulsory pension insurance. Within 10 days you will be given a "Notice of registration of the policyholder who voluntarily entered into a legal relationship on compulsory pension insurance"
