Step 1
Remember that, by law, legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs, can register with the pension fund of the Russian Federation on the basis of their own application. To do this, you just need to apply to the Interdistrict Inspectorates of the Ministry of Taxes of Russia with a corresponding statement. And from there, the information will be transferred to the main management of the pension fund.
Step 2
If your organization is a branch, then the registration process becomes somewhat more complicated for you. First, you must take the application to the pension fund where you are located. Secondly, your company must necessarily meet the following requirements: have a separate balance sheet and current account, and pay employees' salaries. This provision is spelled out in article 11 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Also, to register your branch in the pension fund, you will need to attach to the application copies of documents that confirm the very fact of the creation of your company. This can be a choice of either an order to create, or amendments to the charter, or a provision on a separate division, or a power of attorney from the head of the head office. Also, do not forget to attach a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax office, which must be notarized.
Step 3
If you have your own business that is not yet registered, you can still register with a pension fund. To do this, however, you will still need to register individual entrepreneurship. The procedure is quite simple - you collect the necessary documents, pay the fee, write an application and take everything to the tax office. Here you will be registered. At the same time, you can immediately write an application for registration with the pension fund of Russia.
Step 4
The registration procedure in the pension fund takes from 5 to 10 days. It is better not to delay the registration of all the necessary papers, because otherwise you may face penalties for delay - about 5,000 rubles.
