To find out the deductions made for you by employers and other tax agents in the past year, you can simply wait for a message from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, popularly known as a "letter of happiness." But there is an option that allows you to get this information faster - using the portal of public services or upon request to the Pension Fund.

It is necessary

  • - pension insurance certificate (SNILS - insurance number of an individual personal account);
  • - computer with Internet access;
  • - passport.

Instructions

Step 1

Go to the portal "Gosuslugi.ru" and log in to it.

If you do not have an account yet, you can create one by filling out the registration form and choosing the authorization method: by password or electronic digital signature. The login to enter the site will be your state pension insurance certificate number (in the system it appears under the abbreviation SNILS).

Step 2

The portal provides three ways to select the desired public service: by category, department and life situation. The service you need to inform citizens about the state of an individual personal account belongs to the category "Social Security", is provided by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and is associated with retirement.

To get the information you need, you need to request an extended fund account statement. The document, which you will immediately receive online, will contain information about all receipts to your account as of the end of last year: who transferred, when and how much.

Step 3

You can also order a statement by mail or with a personal visit to your branch of the Pension Fund at the place of registration. You can download an account status request on the public services portal or get its form from the fund. If you are mailing the document, attach copies of your passport and retirement insurance certificate to it. During a personal visit, present both original documents to the fund.

Account information must be sent to your mailing address within 30 days of receipt of the request.
