Step 1
Define for your company the types of automatic fire alarm systems and automatic fire extinguishing installations that you will install and maintain in your activity.
Step 2
Prepare a certificate of your material and technical base, in which you will detail all the machines and mechanisms you have with an indication of their nomenclature and quantity to carry out the scope of work planned by you. The most important thing to remember here is that the assessment of the conformity of the material and technical base to the planned types of work and their sufficiency must be carried out only at the stage of preparing the act, which indicates the assessment of your compliance with licensing requirements and conditions.
Step 3
Think over and present your system for controlling the quality of the work performed. In this case, you can submit: copies of the Quality Manual of the devices used; an arbitrary certificate, which will contain the forms of control (input, operational and output) quality, signed by you, with the attachment of the relevant documents.
Step 4
Draw up and submit an application to the licensing authority (in accordance with the legislation in force in our country in this organization, if you want to get a license, you should be provided with real assistance). Also provide information about the qualifications of your employees who will be engaged in these types of work and services.
Step 5
In order to verify the qualifications of your employees performing work on the installation and maintenance of automatic fire alarm systems and automatic fire extinguishing installations, you need to check that they have a higher or secondary education. Do not forget to also check their work experience in the bodies of the state fire service of the EMERCOM of Russia (their experience should be at least five years).
