Instructions

Step 1

The fire license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is issued for a period of five years at the Main Directorate of the State Fire Service of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. The license is valid throughout Russia. It is required for the installation, repair and maintenance of fire safety equipment.

Step 2

To obtain a fire license from the Ministry of Emergencies, you will need an application for a license and the following documents:

1. Notarized copies of the constituent documents of the legal entity;

2. a notarized copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity;

3. a notarized copy of the TIN assignment certificate;

4. A copy of the certificate from the Rosstat authorities on the assignment of OKPO and OKONKh codes;

5. Notarized extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) of a legal entity;

6. bank details of the legal entity;

7. document on the appointment of the general director of the legal entity (it must be certified by the company);

8. document confirming the payment of the licensing fee.

To obtain a license, you may need other documents, for example, a lease agreement for the premises that this legal entity occupies; copies of work books of his employees.

Step 3

The licensing authority is obliged to consider the application and verify the accuracy of the information specified in the documents within 45 days, as well as decide whether the license applicant meets the license requirements. Further, the body decides to grant a license or refuse to grant it. Both decisions are formalized by order or decree. The order or order for granting a license together with the license is registered in the license register. The license is sent to the licensee within three days after its registration.

Step 4

If you were denied a license, then such a refusal can be appealed to the court. It is worth remembering that the grounds for refusal are spelled out in the legislation. The legal grounds for refusing to issue a license are:

1.the presence of inaccurate or distorted information in the submitted documents;

2. non-compliance of the fire license applicant with licensing requirements;

3. the presence of a previously canceled fire license.
