The procedure for opening a company in Belarus is similar to the Russian one. However, it has its own small peculiarities, so it is better to entrust this procedure to lawyers. If you do not have such an opportunity, then remember that you need to act according to the following algorithm: determining the organizational and legal form, preparing and submitting documents, obtaining registration documents, ordering a print, opening a bank account, informing funds about the director and accountant of the company.

- To register an LLC in Belarus, you will need the following documents:
- 1. documents of the founders of the company (passports);
- 2. letter of guarantee about the legal address of the company;
- 3. Copies of directors' passports;
- 4. protocol of establishment;
- 5. document for the representative;
- 6. charter of the LLC;
- 7. application for registration;
- 8. Receipt of payment of state duty.

Step 1
Decide on the organizational and legal form of your future company. The most common option is LLC. Remember that an LLC in Belarus, unlike in Russia, can only be created by two or more persons. If there are two or three founders, then they must appear together to register the company, if there are more, then they have the right to send one of them.
Step 2
The package of documents for registration of an LLC is submitted to the Administration of the city district in which you are going to establish a company. The registrar must take your documents and check them. In the future, he makes an entry on the registration of the LLC in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, and also carries out the registration of the company with the tax authority, statistics body, social protection fund, registration with Belgosstrakh.
Step 3
Registration should be completed in five working days. Upon its completion, you will be given documents on the registration of the LLC (certificate of state registration, notifications on the assignment of a taxpayer account number, on registration with the funds).
Step 4
Next, it is worth contacting the seal manufacturer with a copy of the registered charter. If such a copy is available, a company seal will be made for you. You will need the same copy of the charter, as well as the passports of the founders and the originals of registration documents to open a bank account. The last step will be to submit to the social security fund data on the accountant and director of the LLC, a copy of the certificate of state registration and a copy of the charter. Information about the accountant and director must also be submitted to Belgosstrakh.
