By registering an enterprise in Belarus, you just need to own 50% of the authorized capital, having formed the rest of it within a year. Prepare an application for registration of a company signed by all founders and submit the package of documents you have collected for consideration to the tax office of your place of residence. You can start working after 5 days from the date of registration, during which the company will be registered with government agencies.
