With the entry into force of Federal Law No. 90-FZ1 of June 30, 2006, which introduced significant changes to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, individual entrepreneurs are required to keep work books for all employees for more than five days. The employee has the right to demand from the employer to issue him a work book in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the day of employment.

Instructions

Step 1

Purchase new forms of work books.

Step 2

Ask the employee for a work book and make an entry in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Step 3

If the employee, for some reason, did not present his work book to you, but he has one, write an act on the failure to provide you with the work book. After all, you wanted to formalize everything according to labor law. This act is signed by witnesses. Put the company seal on the deed.

Step 4

If the employee did not have a work book before joining your job, take a clean work form and proceed with its registration accordingly.

Step 5

On the first page, write the last name, first name and patronymic of the employee, indicate his date of birth.

Step 6

On the basis of the educational document, indicate the status of the employee's education (secondary specialized, secondary vocational, secondary, higher, incomplete higher). Moreover, they write the highest education in terms of status. Indicate what profession, specialty the employee received during his educational activities.

Step 7

Set the date for filling out the work book no earlier than October 6, 2006, that is, from the date of entry into force of the law.

Step 8

Also on the first page is the signature of the personnel worker and the seal of your company. If your company does not have a seal, issue a certificate of the absence of a seal. But here's the problem - such a certificate is not valid without printing.

Step 9

Enter the number of the ordinal entry. If the employee makes a note for the first time, then put the number one, if not - the next digit in order.

Step 10

Indicate the date of hiring. Since you are an individual entrepreneur, the date should not be earlier than October 6, 2006. If the employee worked for you before the effective date of the law, make an entry on the basis of the employment contract.

Step 11

In the column "Job Details" write, for example, the following phrase: "Accepted for the position of payroll accountant in the accounting department"

Step 12

In the "Reason" box, write in the number and date of the job order.

Step 13

Indicate the position of the personnel worker and sign. Certify the entry in the work book with the seal of your company.

Step 14

When dismissing an employee, enter the date, reason for dismissal and grounds in the work book. Also certify with the seal of the organization and the signature of the personnel worker.
