After the entry into force of the court order, you must receive a writ of execution and take up debt collection. You can independently apply to the place of work of the debtor or to the bank where there are savings. It is enough to write an application, present the original and a photocopy of the writ of execution, so that the amount indicated in the writ of execution will be transferred to your account.

If you are unable to collect debt on your own, or the debtor does not work and does not have bank accounts, that is, when, in fact, it is not possible to collect funds, contact the bailiffs with the application, passport, copy and original of the writ of execution. residence.
Step 4
On the basis of your application and the documents presented, the bailiffs are obliged to take measures to collect the debt under the writ of execution within seven days.
Step 5
You do not have to contact the bailiff service personally, but send them all photocopies of documents certified by a notary by certified mail with a list of attachments. The seven days to take action to collect the debt starts from the moment you receive notification that the letter has been delivered. The time frame for the execution of the collection proceedings is limited to two months.
Step 6
Bailiffs have the right to make an inventory, seizure and sale of the available property from the debtor. After the sale of the property, the funds will be credited to your account.
Step 7
If the debtor does not have work, property, bank accounts, then bailiffs can forcibly involve a person in administrative work until the debt is fully repaid.
