Information on arrears of insurance contributions to the Pension Fund is relevant for companies and individual entrepreneurs. Today there are several ways to find out the debt in the FIU.
Arrears in insurance premiums to the Pension Fund may arise in several cases: for example, for some reason, the payer did not transfer the required amount to the budget, or the debt was formed as a result of additional charges based on the results of an audit conducted by the fund's employees.
Today there are several ways to find out the amount owed.
Application to the Pension Fund
The payer can submit a free-form application to the FIU. The Fund, in turn, is obliged, according to the law, to provide a response within five days after the acceptance of the application.
With the help of the PFR office
Since 2013, on the website of the Pension Fund, it is possible to find out the arrears of contributions through the "Personal account of the payer of insurance contributions". To do this, the user needs to register on the site and receive an individual activation code.
Registration is easy. To do this, the following data is entered on the site: registration number in the FIU, TIN, e-mail address. Then the user chooses the method of delivery of the activation code. You can get it in two ways: come in person to the FIU or use the mail (delivery time 10 days). After receiving the code, you need to enter it in the appropriate field at the second step of registration. Then all you have to do is enter a new password and click the "register" tab. When the registration is completed, the user opens a personal account menu, where all the insurance premiums paid (amount and date), as well as the arrears, are indicated.
State services website
Another option to find out the arrears of contributions to the FIU is on the website of the State Services. There it is necessary to select the service "Notification of the state of an individual personal account". The information will be presented in PDF format, the document can be saved on a computer or sent by e-mail (a special file is sent, certified by the PF RF).
Through the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP)
The last way to find out about the debt is to contact the data bank of enforcement proceedings on the FSSP website. By the way, in the same place you can find any other debts for which enforcement proceedings have been initiated. The service is convenient because it does not require registration.
To do this, you need to go to the "Data bank of enforcement proceedings" tab. In the window that opens, enter the data: for the company - the name of the company and the address; for individual entrepreneurs - the number of an individual entrepreneur. You can simply enter the full name, date of birth of the debtor. Next, a table will appear with data on the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the date of initiation, details and the amount of debt.
