If, having studied the next letter from the Pension Fund of Russia or your non-state pension fund (NPF), you are not satisfied with the accrued interest on the funded part of your future pension, go to another NPF. Submit the relevant application by December 31 of this year, and from April next year, another organization will control the fate of your pension contributions. If you are not satisfied with her work, choose the third one, etc. Or go back to the state pension fund.

It is necessary

  • - choose a pension fund;
  • - write a statement (conclude an agreement);
  • - submit your documents.

Instructions

Step 1

Select NPF. To choose a reliable organization, carefully study all the information about it. First of all, pay attention to the following:

- how long ago the pension fund appeared on the market;

- to what extent its founder is known, stable and reliable;

- how many service contracts the NPF has already concluded (the more - the better);

- whether the fund already has experience in paying pensions or not, and to what extent these payments are calculated;

- what are the volumes of the fund's pension reserves (preferably at least 500 million rubles) and whether they are increasing.

Step 2

Compare the amounts for the last two items in the above list. If the amount of pension payments made by the organization is more than 1/5 of the amount of pension reserves, it is dangerous to transfer your pension to such a fund - it may turn out to be a financial pyramid. If an organization does not provide such information at all, it should not be trusted any more. You can find the current list of NPFs on the website of the Russian Pension Fund and in its regional offices.

Step 3

Check if the NPF of your choice has entered into an agreement on mutual verification of signatures with the Pension Fund of Russia. If you did, take your passport, pension insurance certificate (some organizations also require the presentation of a TIN) and personally contact the representative office of your chosen pension fund in order to sign a compulsory pension insurance agreement there. All, wait for reports from the fund of your choice - from April next year it will manage your pension.

Step 4

Contact the regional office of the Pension Fund of Russia to write an application for transferring to the NPF, regardless of whether the organization of your choice has entered into an agreement on the certification of signatures with the Pension Fund of Russia or not. You must have your passport and pension insurance certificate with you. You can download the application form and instructions for filling it out from the website of the Russian Pension Fund.

Step 5

Send an application for transfer to your chosen NPF to the Pension Fund of Russia by mail or by courier if you cannot visit the regional office in person. In this case, it will be necessary to first certify the authenticity of your signature under the application from a notary, or from another person with such powers: the head physician of the hospital in which you are being treated, the commander of the military unit in which you serve, etc. - see clause 3 of article 185 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
