Natural products are always appreciated in today's market, which is why the agricultural business continues to gain momentum. Its organization requires a competent approach to business, but the expected profit is worth the effort.
It is necessary
- - a lease or purchase and sale agreement for a land plot;
- - building permit;
- - license;
- - working staff.
Instructions
Step 1
Determine if your business will be created from scratch, or if you are interested in buying a ready-made infrastructure facility. For the cultivation of agricultural crops, it is better to buy out a fertile site that has already proven itself. When breeding livestock, the territory can be equipped at your own discretion, depending on its quantity.
Step 2
Buy a piece of land to organize your business. Contact the owner of the site so that he provides you with a certificate of ownership of the object, title documents and a cadastral passport. Check that everything is in order, conclude a sales contract and pay the deposit. The contract must indicate the details of the parties, as well as basic information about the land plot (land category, location, area, cadastral number, type of use and declared value).
Step 3
Start concluding a lease with the owner if you plan to occupy an already equipped object. Any concluded agreement must be confirmed with the tax authorities and the registration service. Submit your land documents and identity papers to the EIRTS. Within a month, you will be sent official documents confirming your ownership of the land.
Step 4
Apply for a building permit if you need it. This must be done in the municipalities and local governments. Submit your application, a copy of the certificate of ownership of the site and its cadastral plan, as well as a project of all buildings with a diagram of the connection of utilities. The permit will be sent for approval to the head of the district or other municipality.
Step 5
Go through company registration. Submit the constituent documents to the licensing authority of your place of residence, which include a diploma, certificates of conformity and a certificate of primary specialization. The license will be issued within 30 business days.
Step 6
Equip facilities in accordance with sanitary standards SanPiN 2.2.4.548-96, especially if your specialization is cattle breeding. In the production of food products, it is necessary to comply with the requirements for sanitary food preparation specified in the collection of current sanitary rules at public catering establishments.
Step 7
Hire staff. In the agricultural business, you cannot do without the services of agricultural specialists, combine operators, drivers, accountants and even programmers if you plan to create your own website on the Internet. All employees must have a higher or secondary specialized education corresponding to the types of services provided.
Step 8
Agree with the nearest agricultural markets on the supply of your products and conclude a long-term cooperation agreement with them. Monitor the quality of the supplied products to gain credibility with consumers.
