Internet banking is a convenient technology for making payments via the Internet, obtaining complete information about the state of the account at any time of the day. This is a great opportunity to have complete control over your money from anywhere in the world. The procedure for gaining access to your personal account via the Internet is the same in almost all banks that provide this service. Let's consider the procedure using the example of a Sberbank of Russia card.
Instructions
Step 1
Each bank through its official website provides access to a personal account with information on the card that was opened in a particular bank. Apply for an international Sberbank card and activate the Sberbank Online service. To do this, contact any branch of Sberbank, having an identity document (passport) with you. You simply will not be able to find out the status of an account on a card opened in another bank through the Sberbank Online system.
Step 2
After activating the Sberbank Online service, you will receive a user ID and password to enter your personal account. To do this, use the self-service device (ATM) of Sberbank of Russia. Insert the card into the ATM, enter the PIN-code, go to the "Internet service" section and print the permanent ID and password or 20 one-time passwords by selecting the appropriate menu item.
Step 3
If the "Mobile Bank" service is active, send an SMS to the bank's short number (900) with the word "Parol" and the last five digits of your card number. Having received the password in the reply message, call the Contact Center of Sberbank of Russia by phone and receive a user ID.
Step 4
Go to the site of "Sberbank of Russia", in the upper right corner of the page, select the item "Sberbank Online" by clicking on it with the left mouse button. On the login page, enter your user ID and password in the appropriate fields and click Next. Brief information about the state of the account will be available immediately on the main page.
Step 5
For detailed information, left-click on the link line with your plastic card number in the "My bank cards" section. You will be taken to the "Cards, Deposits and Accounts" page, where you can find out not only the account on the card, but also track the card transactions made during the current month. On the same page it is possible to request an account statement for any selected period.
