Today, in order to pay for utilities, it is not at all necessary to go to a Sberbank branch with a receipt and stand in queues. Due to the rapid development of the system of Unified Information and Settlement Centers, it is now possible to pay off the rent in a variety of ways.
Instructions
Step 1
Billing. This is the name of a settlement system without a single payment document. To pay for utilities, you just need to go to any office of the Sberbank of the Russian Federation and say your payer code. It consists of 10 digits and is indicated in the upper right corner of the ENP. The cashier-operator will name the amount of the accrued payment and issue a receipt confirming the payment.
Step 2
Payment for utilities through the terminal. In most shops, underground passages and other places, machines are now being installed that allow you to pay in cash for Internet, mobile communications, digital television and utilities in a matter of seconds. In order to pay the rent, it is necessary to enter the payer's code in the appropriate "windows" and indicate the amount of payment. In many terminals, a commission is taken for these actions - an average of 3-5 percent. The machine also does not give change, but the extra money will go towards paying for future months. The main thing is not to forget to take a check, because if the system suddenly fails and the payment does not go through, it can be presented to the operators of the settlement center as proof.
Step 3
ATM machines. If you are a holder of a plastic card, you can use it to pay the rent through an ATM. The payment scheme is exactly the same as described above when using the payment terminal. The difference is that cash is not required - the ATM withdraws the required amount from the plastic card.
Step 4
Withdrawing funds from the account. This method is one of the most convenient methods of paying for housing and communal services. However, you can use it only if you have an open bank account. Fill out the appropriate order, and every month the required amount will be debited from your account to pay for housing and communal services. The bank will find out on its own how much money needs to be paid. The main thing is to observe one condition - maintain a positive account balance. Payment is made automatically, while the bank does not take any commission for transferring money. Also, at your request, the credit institution will automatically adjust the amount of payment in the event of a change in tariffs. And with a personal visit to the department, you can receive confirmation of the amounts listed.
Step 5
Payment for utilities via the Internet. To do this, you need to register in any electronic payment system. Many companies today allow you to conclude contracts, carry out settlements and transfer money using electronic communications. Choose the system that suits you best, open a personal account in it, and you have the opportunity to pay for utility bills at home through your computer. Money can be credited to an electronic account by purchasing prepaid cards, transferring non-cash or cash funds. The most popular payment system is Yandex-Money. Payment is received within three days, no commission is charged.
Step 6
You can also pay for housing and communal services at any post office in Russia and in most communication salons.
