To add or exclude a particular type of activity, an entrepreneur must make changes to the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (USRIP). To do this, you need to contact the tax office with a package of necessary documents.
It is necessary
- - application for amendments to USRIP with a notarized signature;
- - passport with a notarized copy;
- - certificate of TIN assignment;
- - certificate of state registration of individual entrepreneurs.
Instructions
Step 1
The application form for making changes to the USRIP form P24001 can be downloaded on the Internet or taken from the tax office.
When adding types of activities, fill in sheet AND statements, if excluded - sheet K. In both cases, the first line should be changes concerning the main type of activity, if any.
Step 2
Remove a copy from your passport (pages with a photo and personal data and a registration stamp), fasten the copies of the pages together with a stapler or thread and stick on the back of the paper with the words "Stitched and numbered so many sheets" and your signature.
Step 3
Contact a notary with a completed application, original and stitched copy of your passport and ask him to certify these documents. Sign the application in the presence of a notary.
Make also copies of certificates of TIN assignment and state registration of individual entrepreneurs. However, it is not necessary to certify them by a notary.
Step 4
Pay the state fee. You can clarify its size and find out the details for payment at the tax office.
Step 5
Take the complete package of documents to the tax office. Depending on your region, this may be an inspection where you are registered, or a separate registering one. For example, in Moscow, Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 46 is in charge of these issues.
If the documents are in order, you will be given a receipt for their receipt, and after five working days, on its basis, a certificate of amendments to the USRIP.
