Instructions
Step 1
Draw up a protocol in which indicate the reason and the date of the establishment of the representative office. The decision must be signed by the director of the enterprise and certified by the seal of the organization. On the basis of this document, write the regulation on the representation, certify it with the seal and signature of a notary.
Step 2
Draw up a protocol, which will indicate the appointment of an individual to the post of director of the representative office, indicate his last name, first name, patronymic. Certify the document with the seal of the company and the signature of the head of the organization. Based on the decision, issue an order on the appointment of the director of the representative office, assign a date and number to the document. Certify the order with the seal of the company and the signature of the general director of the enterprise.
Step 3
Write a power of attorney addressed to the appointed director of the representative office, in which you indicate the ability to act on behalf of the legal entity (creating organization) upon presentation of this document. Certify the power of attorney with the seal of the company and the signature of the CEO of the company.
Step 4
Make a decision on the appointment of an individual to the post of chief accountant of a representative office, indicate in the document his last name, first name, patronymic. Certify the decision with the seal of the company, signed by the head of the organization. Based on the decision, issue an order on the assumption of office of the chief accountant of the representative office, indicate the date and number of the document. Certify it with the seal of the creating company and the signature of the head of the company.
Step 5
Write a letter to the company addressed to the tax office at the place of establishment of the representative office, stating that the tax burden falls on the creating organization. Assure it with the seal of the company and the signature of the head of the company.
Step 6
Notarized copies of the constituent documents of the enterprise, a notarized copy of the power of attorney for the director of the representative office, a notarized lease agreement for the representative office, an application for registration with the tax authority and the documents listed above, submit to the tax authority at the location of the representative office.
