How do you fund your mobile phone account? You go to the store for a payment card, look for a payment terminal, contact the departments for the sale of cell phones. The services of mobile operators can be paid by bank transfer, having a bank card, or even without it, also through an ATM.
Instructions
Step 1
Insert your bank card into the ATM. After making sure that no one is following you, enter the Pin-code of the card. If necessary, check your card balance to make sure there are sufficient funds to complete the payment.
Step 2
Select in the ATM menu the item "Payment for services", "Payments" or a section with the same name. Then a new menu will appear, in which you should select the item "Cellular operators", in the next menu item select the name of your cellular operator and your region.
Step 3
Enter your phone number in the field that appears on the ATM screen, follow the proposed format for entering the number. Click the "Continue" button.
Step 4
Specify the amount in rubles, with which you want to top up your phone account, and click the "Continue" button. During the pause that follows the step of entering the amount, double-check all the entered data, in case of an error, press the "Cancel" button and repeat all over again.
Step 5
Receive a printed receipt, which will be issued by the ATM in case of a successful payment. An inscription will appear on the ATM screen informing that the operation was successful and your account has been replenished. If an error message appears, try repeating the payment in a few hours, as there may be some preventive maintenance in the system.
Step 6
Regardless of the success of the payment made, at the next stage, the ATM will again display the proposals: “Take the card” and “Continue”. Choose the first, and then take the check and card. Keep the payment receipt until you check that the phone balance is really topped up. If this did not happen, call the support service of the bank that issued your bank card.
Step 7
You can top up your phone account through an ATM and without using a bank card. The sequence of actions is the same after selecting the “Insert banknotes” command on the ATM screen. To do this, simply credit the required amount to the account of the mobile operator, which you deposited into the ATM through the bill acceptor. Take a check.
