Currently, many banks provide an opportunity for their customers to pay fines for violation of traffic rules through an ATM. To do this, it is enough to have a plastic card with the required amount on it and a resolution or protocol on an administrative offense issued by the traffic police.
Instructions
Step 1
Ask your servicing bank if it is possible to pay traffic fines through an ATM. It is also necessary to clarify the cost of this service. If it is not provided by the bank, then you can use the ATM of another credit institution, for example, Sberbank of Russia. It should be noted that you will be charged an additional service fee.
Step 2
Receive from the traffic police a resolution or protocol on the case of an administrative offense, which indicates the amount of the fine. To pay you need the number of this document.
Step 3
Insert the card into the ATM, enter the PIN code and select the input language. Check if there is enough money in the account to pay the fine. To do this, go to the "Balance" section. Exit to the main menu of the ATM and select the section "Payments" or "Payment for services". Find the item "Taxes, fines, donations" and click on the button "payment of traffic fines".
Step 4
Dial the number of the protocol or order to pay the fine. You may also need a driver's license number. Click the "Continue" button. After that, full information about the fine will appear on the screen. Check the consistency of the data. If the system did not find the necessary information, then perhaps the data on the fine has not yet entered the database. Please try to pay for it later.
Step 5
Click the "Pay" button if the information about the fine was correct. The corresponding amount will be debited from your account. Receive a check confirming the operation It should be noted that the data on the payment of the fine will go to the traffic police database within one day.
Step 6
Use the services of "Mobile Bank" or "Internet Bank" to pay the fine. In this case, you do not need to look for an ATM, but just send an SMS message with the appropriate code or perform an operation via a computer. Check the terms of this service directly at the branch of the servicing bank.
