Instructions

Step 1

Being a republic located in a single economic space with Russia, Belarus not so long ago canceled practically all restrictions concerning the export of consumer goods outside its borders. Until that moment, in 2011 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus adopted Resolution No. 755 "On Measures to Protect the Consumer Market". As a result, a ban was imposed on the export of six types of goods by individuals from the territory of the state. In addition, a limit was set for nine types of goods, for exceeding which a special fee was paid in the amount of two times the average price.

Step 2

From June 12, 2011, by the adopted decree, it was forbidden to export the following goods from the territory of Belarus: freezers and household refrigerators of ATLANT Inc.; household floor gas stoves of the Belarusian-Russian joint production of the enterprise OJSC "Brestgazoapparat"; cement of the following enterprises: OJSC Krasnoselskstroymaterialy, Belarusian Cement Plant, Krichevcementnoshifer; synthetic detergents produced by OJSC "Barkhim"; cereals and pasta, regardless of the manufacturer.

Step 3

The list of goods allowed for export in a certain amount outside the Republic of Belarus included: pork - 2 kg; poultry meat - 2 kg; flour - 2 kg; white sugar - 2 kg; rennet cheeses - 2 kg; animal oil - 1 kg; canned milk - 5 cans; canned meat - 5 cans; tobacco products - 2 packs. It was possible to withdraw these goods in larger quantities, but then it was necessary to pay a fee equal in size to twice the average price of these goods.

Step 4

By the decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 15, 2012, all restrictions on the export of goods were removed. There is only a restriction on duty-free export of fuel by individuals from the territory of the state (no more than once every 8 days). It is regulated by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 753. The limit on the purchase of fuel in Belarus has been canceled, previously it was only allowed to buy up to 200 liters per one transport unit.
