Payment for housing and communal services through an ATM involves the use of a bank card. If you do not have it, it is better to use a terminal with which you can make transactions with cash. The menu and name of transactions at ATMs of different banks may differ slightly, but the procedure is almost always the same.
Instructions
Step 1
Insert the card into the self-service device and enter the PIN. Click the Next or Next button. Select the item "Payment for services" or "Payments" in the menu. When the list of services available for payment will unfold, click the button opposite the "Utility bills" item. The window will be updated, enter the receipt number in the corresponding field. It must be rewritten from the document that came to you from the "Code" field. Confirm your actions with the "Next" button.
Step 2
Fill in three fields in sequence: "Payer ID", "Payment for the period", and "Amount / payment option". In the first field, you should re-enter the data from the "Code" field in the receipt, in the second field - enter the ordinal number of the month in numbers, in the third - the amount indicated in the receipt for payment. Check the correctness of filling in each field and click on the "Pay" button. Take your card and check confirming payment for utilities services through an ATM.
Step 3
In some cases, the ATM menu may contain additional fields for filling. Therefore, there is one more option: after selecting "Utility bills", the self-service device will display a list for selecting a payee. Click on the "Payment by a single payment document" button. Next, use the appropriate buttons to indicate whether voluntary insurance will be included in the payment. And only after that you will proceed to enter the remaining data (payer's code, period and payment amount).
Step 4
If you have access to your personal account on the bank's website, you can make a payment in favor of housing and communal services while sitting at your computer. The fields for filling will be the same. The only difference is that you do not have to look for an ATM and insert a card into it. Also, you will not receive a receipt, but information about the completed payment will remain in the history of card transactions in your personal account, you can print a copy of the payment order at any time.
