Transferring data to 1C can be done in several ways. Everything depends on what purpose the user is pursuing. If you are only interested in accounting documents, then you can carry out the transfer using the command "Upload to 1C accounting". If you need to transfer all the data from the database, then you can use the configurator or consider the option of universal processing of unloading. In this case, all information will be exchanged, including reference books.
Instructions
Step 1
Launch the "1C: Trade and Warehouse" program. To call the data transfer function in the program, select the "Service" / "Additional features" command in the main menu.

Select the "Universal data upload processing" line from the list and click the "Open" button below the table.
Step 3
In the "Main" tab, select the period of data upload. It is recommended to carry over the balances to the end of the year, quarter or month.
Step 4
Click on the button with dots and write the full name of the data upload file, specifying the full path, or you can specify it manually. Select the file that contains all the information you need to work with the database. Usually, it is located in the ExtForms directory. The file name is Tr77_81.xml.
Step 5
Open the "Options" tab.

Check the box next to: "Do not process document posting" and "Remember links to unloaded objects". In this case, the program will remember the path to the file from which the documents were unloaded.
Step 7
Return to the "Main" tab and click on the "Upload data" button. Pay attention to the amount of free space on the data carrier where the upload file with 1C data will be saved. The upload file size can be significant, so you need to select a device (disk) with a large amount of free space.
Step 8
To download data in the 1C: Accounting program, in the main menu, select the command "Service" / "Data exchange" / "Data download".
Step 9
Write down the name and path of the download file. The one that was selected in the "1C: Trade and Warehouse" program.
Step 10
Check the boxes: "Remember links to loaded / found objects" and "Debug mode". The last line is required, because when loading data, the program, although it may work with an error, will nevertheless save the data in the required volume and in the right places, the data debugging function will correct the loading and bring it closer to the original.
Step 11
Click on the "Download data" button.
Step 12
After downloading, click "Close" and exit the service.
