When transferring money from a mobile balance to an electronic wallet or a plastic card, the Tele 2 operator may refuse the service due to the lack of up-to-date data about the subscriber. What to do?
There are many options for withdrawing money from various Internet resources. Sometimes it is most convenient to use the mobile balance for these purposes, and in life there are situations when the only way to transfer money to someone is to send it to the phone account.
Suddenly, such a problem may arise when trying to transfer money from a phone to a bank card or electronic wallet - an SMS comes with a response from the Tele 2 operator, that the transfer is not possible, since the operator does not have up-to-date subscriber data, and you need to contact the nearest Tele 2 office with a passport to be identified. Even despite the fact that the SIM card was issued using passport data, it must be borne in mind that they have a limitation period and require confirmation. These issues cannot be resolved by phone or online.
If, at the moment, there is no desire to go to the office or money is needed urgently, then there is the next option. Since the company does not prohibit transferring money to the account of another subscriber, you can send your funds to a SIM card of another operator, or a more "fresh" Tele 2 SIM card, paying a small commission, and from there transfer them to your plastic card by paying a standard commission when translation.
