The most convenient option is internet banking. Make a transfer from card to card through your personal account on the website of your issuing bank. Your bank will charge you a commission for the transfer, it is better to ask about its size in advance, because the amount may turn out to be rather big. Different banks set certain limits on the amounts transferred, both one-time and cumulatively per month.

Another possible option is to transfer money from a third-party bank card to a Sberbank card through an ATM. To do this, use the ATM of your card issuer. Not all banks have this option, and not all ATMs have a funds transfer function. If possible, be prepared to pay a commission.
Step 3
If you need to transfer money urgently, but there is no possibility to use Internet banking, then find the nearest ATM of your card issuer, withdraw money from it (commission is usually not charged for this). After that, at the Sberbank ATM, put the funds on the recipient's card in cash. Or go to the nearest branch of Sberbank and make a transfer through the cashier.

Zapsibkombank ATMs operate in the cities of Moscow and Tyumen, where you can transfer money in rubles from card to card of any Russian bank. This applies only to cards of the Visa payment system. To do this, you need to insert the card into the ATM, select "Transfer funds" and enter the recipient's card number. The money will come to him on the third working day. The commission is 1.5% of the amount, but not less than 50 rubles.
