Instructions

Step 1

Find out all the details of the receiving bank. This can be done by contacting one of the branches of the bank or on its website. Typically, the details required for a transfer are as follows:

- the name (or title) of the recipient;

- the name of the bank (it is advisable to indicate the number of the branch where you opened the account);

- BIK of the bank;

- TIN of the bank and TIN of the recipient;

- bank correspondent account;

- beneficiary's account number;

- bank card number (for card account holders).

Show the bank operator of the sending bank your passport, passbook or plastic card from which the money will be transferred.

Step 2

If you have a savings account in one of the banks, and a current account in the other, and you want to transfer money from one account to another, then this procedure is not particularly difficult. Take a bank statement on opening a current account and submit it to another bank in which you have a savings account. Write a statement asking to close the savings account. The money will be transferred to the current account.

Step 3

Money transfer can be made without opening an account with the sending bank. Contact the bank operator, present your passport and the details of the receiving bank (the operator may require, according to the charter, also an application addressed to the manager of the branch). Deposit money and receive a receipt.

Step 4

If you have a bank account with Internet banking connected, you can make a transfer directly on the network. Select the option "Transfers and Payments" in the tabs of the system interface. Enter all the necessary data in the form that appears: bank details, account number, bank card number (if it is a card account), amount and purpose of the payment.

Step 5

Before the payment is made, go through identification by entering your password in the system, payment password and other identifiers provided by the system and the bank. If you made a mistake by specifying inaccurate details or account number, then the money will be returned to your account, but the commission taken by the bank for transferring the payment will not be refunded.
