The ability to find out the amount on the account depends on the specific bank, product and set of services that the client uses. For this purpose, you can visit a bank branch, check an account through an ATM if you have a card, Internet banking, by phone or SMS.

Step 1
When visiting the bank, show the operator your passport and, if you have a card or document, which reflects the transactions on the account (for example, a savings book) and inform that you want to find out the balance on the account.
In many credit institutions, this information can be provided in any branch throughout the country, but in some - only in a limited number or only in the one where the account was opened.
Step 2
To check the balance on the account linked to the card through an ATM, insert it into the device, enter the PIN-code and select the “Account balance” option in the menu on the screen or with another name that is similar in meaning.
Most often, the ATM offers a choice of displaying information on the screen or printing it on a check, some immediately issue a check with an available amount.
Step 3
If you have Internet banking, log in to the system. If information about accounts and balances for each does not open immediately, go to the corresponding tab of the interface.
Step 4
Checking the account by phone is carried out after authorization in the bank's contact center (they can authorize automatically by number, but not all banks). Then, following the instructions of the autoinformer, you set the required command.
If SMS notification is possible, follow the instructions given to you when connecting to a mobile bank. Usually they are posted on the website of the credit institution. You are required to send an SMS to a short mobile number, empty or with the content recommended by the instructions. Information about the account balance will come in a reply message.
