To find out the account number by phone, call the bank's call center or the contact number of mobile banking. Usually it is indicated on the back, it is also present on the bank's website.
Depending on the bank, identify yourself in the system (usually you need to enter the card number and an additional identifier in tone mode, but there are also options when the system identifies the client by the phone number, etc.).
Follow the instructions of the autoinformer or give a command to connect to the operator and tell him about the desire to find out the account number.
Step 3
When contacting the bank in person, show the operator your passport and card and inform about your desire to find out the number of the account linked to it.
Step 4
In some cases, the account number may appear on the ATM screen after your authorization (entering the PIN code). This is usually possible in the device of the same credit institution, provided that the card makes it possible to manage several accounts.
It all depends on the specific bank: some provide their customers with this opportunity (but account numbers may be displayed on the screen and incomplete), others do not.
