But then, when you have not yet received a plastic card, you may need a personal account number, which must be communicated to the person or organization that transfers funds to your name. Step 1
Requisites - the name of the bank, BIK, TIN, KPP, the number of the correspondent and current account of the bank, as well as the number of your personal account (plastic card account number) must be indicated in the printout that was given to you when you issued a plastic card. If you saved the printout, you can check the account number using it.

The personal account number is indicated in the application for obtaining a plastic card, which you also signed when registering the card and a copy of which you received in your hands. Look for the card account number in the official use checkbox at the end of the page below your signature and application date.

If you have not saved the documents received during the execution of the plastic card, contact the operator of the bank where you received the card or the central office of the bank. To obtain information, you need to have an identity document (passport) with you.

If you have activated the Sberbank Online service, you can get information about the card account number in your personal account. To enter your personal account, open the Sberbank website and select the "Sberbank Online" section in the upper right corner of the window, log in. Go to the "Cards, Deposits and Accounts" section - it contains complete information on the account, including the card account number.

To access your personal account on the Sberbank website, you need to get a user ID and password. This can be done using a self-service device (ATM). Insert the card into the receiver, enter your PIN-code, click the "Next" button. In the menu, select the "Internet service" item and confirm the required action - "Print ID and password" (one permanent password is issued to enter) or "Print one-time passwords" (twenty passwords are issued that can be used only once).
