If this method does not work and thoughts scatter, try to write down the necessary phrases. All the same, you are not engaged in business, so write the same thing 100 or 200 times, until you concentrate your attention in one direction. Accept that you can't get rid of the main thing.

Break your goal down into small, easy-to-follow steps. The finer the split, the easier it is to start. To work on the goal faster, do not dive into small details, like in a swamp, otherwise you will be stalling for time. Break the goal down into three to four steps.
