Among the company's business events, a presentation is a special event. This is a business advertising holiday, the essence of which is the presentation of the organization and the significant facts of its life: “birth”, positive changes, creation of new products (services). The duration of the presentation can be different: one event needs 10-15 minutes, the second two or three hours, and the third "takes" the working week. Whatever the duration of the presentation, the key to its success is thorough preparation of the ceremony.

Step 1
Clearly define the goals and priorities of the presentation: for example, creating an image, attracting new customers, new partners (investors, suppliers, consumers), informing about innovations, establishing relations with the public, authorities, etc. The main thing is to attract the attention of the target audience, to interest it, to correctly show the prospects.
Step 2
Determine the main idea (idea, concept) of the presentation. Designate a place, date and time for the event. It is better to conduct presentations (with a duration of 1, 5-2 hours) after lunch. Cocktail or buffet - at the end (lasting 1-2 hours). Prepare invitations in advance. They should not be impersonal - refer to specific individuals. Indicate in the messages the place, time, presentation program, list of participants, landmarks (address) and transport routes.
Step 3
Prepare high-quality and, if possible, various printed advertising materials: press releases, leaflets, booklets, brochures, catalogs. Thematic stands, tablets about the company (for example, about the annual turnover, sales geography, advanced training of employees, partners, publications about the company in the press) are appropriate and desirable at the presentation. Samples of products, monitors with videos placed in the lobby will revive the event.

Develop a script for the holiday. The event is usually opened and hosted by a company official. This could be the head of PR or marketing. The ability to speak, to own the audience is a must for such a person.
Develop a scenario according to the optimal scheme for the company. It can include:
- meeting of the participants;
- introduction of the company's executives to guests and (or) interesting guests to all those present;
- showing a short (up to 12 minutes) video film about the organization with stories related to the news, purpose and idea of the presentation;
- short messages (up to 5 minutes) from company representatives (no more than five people) on issues that are potentially interesting to participants - with a demonstration of products, presentation of services (in action, in layouts, slides, multimedia display);
- answers of the representatives of the hostess company to the guests' questions;
- guest speeches: comments, congratulations, wishes;
- handing over to guests of souvenirs, branded advertising materials;
- conducting an informal part of the presentation - a banquet (buffet table) with an entertainment program (at the discretion).
Step 5
Think over all the components of the "final chord". The most convenient for contacts is a "standing" buffet, when the invitees can freely move and communicate with each other. As a rule, the presentation program ends with a toast of the guest of honor.
