It is good if there is a possibility to receive a fax to confirm the blocking of the card.

If your card has been stolen, then in addition to contacting the bank, you must write a statement about the crime to law enforcement agencies. It should state the facts that indicate the committed act. Your application must be registered by handing out a receipt. It contains the data of the applicant, the number of the application, as well as the data of the employee who accepted it.

If the money from the account was nevertheless stolen, here you may need a paper confirming the blocking of the account. In this case, you have the right to demand a return of the missing amount from the bank. In this case, you need to provide information that you would contact the law enforcement agencies with a statement about the loss, as well as the emergency service with a request to block the card.

You can withdraw money from the account at the place where the account was opened, i.e. at the branch or branch where you received your bank card.
