Before restoring the TIN by mail, you need to visit a notary and certify a photocopy of your passport. Having paid the state fee, you must make a copy of the payment receipt. Then we go to the website of the Federal Tax Service and fill out the form "2-2-Accounting" on it. It is necessary to fill in the fields, indicating in them your last name, first name and patronymic, passport data or other identity document - birth certificate, residence permit.
